Chose 幽玄 (Yūgen) because it has a beautiful meaning. Essentially, Yūgen is the sense of profound mystery or beauty that is difficult to explain in words, it goes beyond surface-level aesthetics, and has a deep spiritual connotation.

Yūgen's wounds are healing nicely and is energy is improving more and more each day.

The wounds on Yūgen's face are almost fully healed and he will be learning to eat fish before we know it!

Yūgen is eating fish all on his own and has been moved into a pool!

Yūgen has 4 new pals in his pool and is learning how to compete for fish - he is doing great!

Yūgen is doing great! He still needs to gain some more weight before he's ready for release, but it won't be long now!

I love you Yūgen.
