Patient Progress

Milk Matrix Cedar is being fed a milk formula that mimics the milk she would receive from her mother. This formula is high in fat and promotes weight gain. She will eventually be weaned onto fish.

Patient Updates

There are no updates for Cedar yet, but we are working on it. Please check back soon...

Please do not contact the rescue centre for updates. The information published here is the latest, and we will publish more updates as they become available.

Guestbook for Cedar

  1. Special thank to Marine Biologist’s Hanna and Angelico from the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Mammal Rescue Centre for attending RVYC Jericho on Saturday evening and Sunday morning and rescuing this one week old Harbour Seal , now called Cedar.

Also special thanks to my new friend Stuart, on his boat with family and friends visiting from Las Vegas. Stuart’s persistence and dedication was instrumental in Cedar’s rescue. Safe travels my friend.

I am committing to donate $500.00 today, and challenge you to donate whatever you can afford to the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Mammal Rescue Centre for the great work they perform daily and assist in thew recovery of Cedar
