Krill I Am died on 2020/01/16 after 138 days in our care.

"In December, the veterinary team diagnosed Krill with megaesophagus, a condition where the esophagus (the tube that carries food and liquid between the mouth and stomach) loses its ability to move food into the stomach. When that happens, food and liquid accumulate in the esophagus. As a result, Krill frequently regurgitated food, had diarrhea and did not gain weight. With a poor prognosis, no effective treatment options available and a poor quality of life, Krill was humanely euthanized."

Krill as perked up quite a bit since being admitted.
