Patient Updates

Sharkira was released after 62 days in our care.

You can see the list of all animals released at this release in the release record.

Sharkira has gained a lot of weight over the last few weeks. She's living in the largest pre-release pool right now and will soon be released!

Sharkira has grown a lot! She's also gained a lot of weight, and that means she'll be ready for release very soon.

Sharkira is quite competitive! Staff tells us that she and poolmate Swim Shady at first always go for the same fish at each feed...

Big step for Sharkira! She's been upgraded to a larger pool with around-the-clock access to water.

Sharkira continues to gain weight. She's very alert and responsive.

Sharkira is making good progress. She's gaining weight (weighing just under 10 kg now).

Sharkira is progressing well. Like all new arrivals, she'll still be in quarantine for a while.

Symbolic Adoption
