Story

Jimmy Two-Shoes was rescued after being seen alone for multiple days in a row. Thanks to Fishery Officers and local airlines Jimmy made it safely to the rescue centre where he is now recovering.

Named by Karen Y in honour of granddaughter.

"Jimmy" is the optimistic, thrill-seeking teenager from the wildly chaotic city of Miseryville (Canadian cartoon character).

Symbolic Adoption

You can help us care for Jimmy Two-Shoes and the more than 100 marine mammals we rescue, rehabilitate and release every year by symbolically adopting him today with a small donation to the rescue centre.

Patient Progress

Weaning Jimmy Two-Shoes is still being fed a zoological milk formula, but as his teeth are beginning to erupt, his diet is being supplemented with fish. Soon, he will enter fish school where he will learn how to eat fish on his own.

Patient Updates

Jimmy has finished shedding the remainder of his lanugo and is a vocal little pup!
