The rescue centre responded to a report of a stranded neonate harbour porpoise. Unfortunately, despite a rapid response by rescue centre staff and their best efforts to save its life, the animal did not survive transport and died on the way to the rescue centre.

  4. So sad to see you passed away precious Hammy. You are the first porpoise I’ve seen be rescued and i’m sorry you didn’t make it. I know they had a huge welcome party for you in Marine Mammal Heaven, rest in peace.
